Every job, automatic
1-Year
Standard
Every job we do carries a 1-year labor warranty. If our workmanship fails within the first year, we come back and make it right — no arguments, no service-call games.
Full installs & replacements
2-Year
Extended
Water heater installations, replacements, and whole-home repipes get 2-year labor coverage automatically. Bigger jobs deserve a longer promise.
Home Plan members
3-Year
Elite Care
Our longest labor warranty — 3 years on plan-covered work, exclusive to Elite Home Plan members. It stays active as long as your annual maintenance visit happens, because maintained equipment is equipment that lasts.
The Fine Print
Honest boundaries
What's covered
Our labor and workmanship. If the work we performed fails because of how we performed it, we return and fix it free inside the warranty period.
What's not
Abuse, neglect, acts of God, and pre-existing problems unrelated to our work. Manufacturer equipment warranties follow the manufacturer's terms — we hand you the paperwork and explain them.
Your warranty tier and terms are printed on your written quote and invoice before any work begins. If it's not in writing, it doesn't count — that cuts both ways.
