“donny is a stud! reached out to me extremely quick, and excessed the job quickly. he gave me a quote and we scheduled something asap. he arrived a few minutes early and finished the job in a very timely manner. everything was going well, but i knew he REALLY cared when he mentioned to me he wasn't happy with the parts my kit came with and he was going to go to his van to use his recommended parts at no charge. i would recommend him to ANYONE needing any type of work related to plumbing!”

“I had a great experience with Donny! He responded to my request quickly and scheduled my appointment without any hassle. On the day of service, he gave me a heads-up an hour before his arrival, which I really appreciated. He did an excellent job replacing two toilets and made sure everything was installed properly. He is a very friendly guy with great communication and customer interface skills; even likes dogs and happily accepted lots of affection from our Golden Retriever. Donny got right down to business removing the completely rusted under-basin kitchen faucet nut that had fused to its flange and refused to budge. It was no match for Donny and even though the project (remove old/replace with new) turned out to be a lot more work than was originally planned for thanks to the stupid nut, Donny stuck to his original estimate. Overall, working with Donny was a great experience and I'll be looking forward to working with him again.”

Donny responded quick, I booked a service to repair my toilet but the day of I changed it to just replacing a faucet in my bathroom. Even though I had someone who quoted a little less, I still went with Elite, and I made the right choice.
